Things that this guy realized - Part 3

1) Glory to god. Somethings happen by chance, even if it isn't something you wanted.

2) Happiness and contentment are two sides of the same coin

3) People are important for those who are tied to opinions !

Events are important for those who are tied to learn from experience !

Ideas are important for those who want to transform the world !

4) Simplifying the process is the biggest process

5) The mind will see things clearly only when it is slowed down, just like how a FM channel be selected by tuning slowly

6) Knowledge is in getting to know many things, wisdom is in applying the known things at the right time. Knowledge is a potential energy, wisdom can transform it into a kinetic energy.

7) The 21st century belongs those who are able to act as a bridge between human and machines, in the language that the latter understands

8) To encounter great moments, it has to be understood that we are constantly in motion as long as we are in this universe

9) Inventions come from the creations of the creator. Innovations come from the inventions. The dimensions of time chooses the one over the other.

10) “The day you teach the child the name of the bird, the child will never see that bird again.”

11) The greatest of inventions happened and happen, when the mind is empty

12) The difference between what you expect and what you have, is defined by what you do !

13) If you don't think beyond time, you are behind !

14) When a man is in a state of joy, he owns the reasons for it, but when he is in a state of sorrow, the same man doesn't own the reasons for it.

15) Each word has a different meaning based on our perception. If each word had solidarity with their meaning, the dictionaries would have been less bulkier.

16) Successful leaders convert a crisis into an opportunity !

17) Skill will help you to get the rewards ! Talent will help you to learn the skills ! Attitude will help you to keep the talent ! Knowledge will help you to learn the right attitude ! But Wisdom only will liberate you !

18) "The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man."

~George Bernard Shaw

19) The Nation which invests in education, technology and most importantly in it's people is the one that prospers. Finland is an example of that.

20) Thinking about your sufferings, can only aggravate it than the suffering in itself !

21) There is no better harmony for oneself, than when one's thoughts and actions are in complete sync

22) Our success is measured by the lives we transformed

23) Every giant leap starts with a small step!

24) One who values time more, will be valued more

25) The prime investment is in how you invest your time !

My memories with MS Dhoni

My memories with MS Dhoni : In December 2004, during a half yearly holidays in my high school he came in as a fashionable young wicket keeper, had seen many specialist keepers come and go in that period such as Parthiv Patel, DK, Ajay Ratra, Deep Dasgupta, so was not having any awe in him and getting a run out in hurried manner wasn't an impressive first showing. Was ignorant of the facts behind then, that he came from 3 centuries with India A in Kenya. Slowly as the days progressed, one rainy noon on the summer of April 2005, came back from an Annual exam to see India scoring more than 300 runs in the ODI against Pakistan in Vizag, from the scorecard saw that there was a change in batting order with MS Dhoni at 3 scoring 148 runs at a quick pace, but even then didn't have an awe in him. Days progressed through 2005, near a Deepavali day I was having a holiday, there was an ongoing ODI series against Sri Lanka, the series was already decided with India had won it comfortably al

The world we are in is driven by data. In other words, Data has been the backbone behind this transformation with technology. In the early days, trade was driven purely by commodity exchange for which the data was captured in numerics. Later, after the invention of coins and subsequently printed money the idea of market expanded with the printed money being able to be a common currency. For this study, let us take the emergence of the United States' economy. From the advent of market economy starting 19th century, consequently there was a need for a banking system and public investment through stock markets and US had higher flow of goods and services, enabling a larger consumer base which meant the data was saved in paper and pen. This resulted in a need to store this data better, which the technology enablers started doing throughout the 20th century. So for this it needed to be stored in servers for there was a visual input and output needed. This enabled the pursu

India's Economy - Thinking through the Journey and the Road Ahead

What comes into our mind when we first hear the word 'India'? Diversity? More than 1000 year old monuments? A land of wisdom? Crowded places? The skyscrapers, fast highways may come as the last pictures in one's memory. India has always been a great place for pilgrimages wherein people come in the quest to understand the true meaning of the life that has been given to them. People of India come from the ethnicity of saving and trying to live a life with contentment. But this contentment has been slowly fading in the age of consumerism. Let us see the journey of India economy and its chances of blooming in the future. The Journey: Years 1947 to 1990 :  After Independence, India had adapted the socialist and protectionist principles mainly assuming that adapting capitalism would be letting something similar to East Indian Company through the back door after attaining independence. So the state was keen to keep all the powers and licenses of businesses under its co
